I’m putting my money on them building a nice park on the berm on either side of the highway, but with the acuual structure being a generic, perhaps wider than usual pedestrian overpass with bike path, maybe with a line of planters or something.
Actually having a bridge that can be loaded with tons of dirt really adds cost, and that image from the original MTQ plan was greenwashed bullshit with zero connection to reality.
Best case scenario it’ll look like the Manhattan highline:
