Contest for art piece for library

There’s to be a contest for an art piece to ornament the extension to the Maisonneuve library. This item also shows a sketch of the new wing. As mentioned previously, that library is grandiose on the outside, but antiquated and cramped inside, so an extension like the one shown is just what it needs.
