Valérie Plante is hinting that the project to redo Ste-Catherine Street, meant to take four to five years and completely re-sculpt the street, may be revised. It’s already been hinted that the heated sidewalks will probably not go ahead. Work starts Monday on the basics, the water main and sewer replacements, while the new administration consults on other aspects.
