Police still looking for 10-year-old boy

Police ended an Amber Alert, but are still trying to find 10-year-old Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou, missing since noontime Monday. They’ve been combing the north end neighbourhood where his family lives and where he was last seen, and are searching the banks of the Back River.
