Tuesday morning there’s more detail about the roads being fixed, including St-Denis between Jean-Talon and Jarry. I’ve taken the 31 bus along there often. I don’t know what’s up with that stretch of the street but it’s so bad that it makes a brand new city bus rattle and shake like an old jalopy.

Another body was pulled out of the back river Sunday, this following the retrieval of a woman’s body from the river last week. Cops confirmed this one was an adult male, not the missing Ariel Kouakou.

The ice storm has closed most schools in the Montreal area Monday morning. EMSB’s Mike Cohen was saying on CBC radio that they’ve never had an April closure before, and Environment Canada says it’s the latest-season ice storm they have on record.
