Conspiracy to murder: Mom Boucher pleads guilty

Maurice “Mom” Boucher pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to conspiring to kill Raynald Desjardins from the jail cell where he’s locked up for the murder of two prison guards back in 1997. Desjardins too is in prison for killing Salvatore Montagna.
