Ferrandez gets a ticket

TVA is visibly rubbing its hands together with glee as it reports that Luc Ferrandez was ticketed for cycling the wrong way on a one-way street.

The Journal version – same report – tells us Ferrandez was on a Bixi while showing us a photo of the man with a regular, non-Bixi bike. I think they liked that photo because it suggests he’s upset. Either it’s a file photo taken some other time, or the Bixi detail is mistaken.
