It doesn’t give me much confidence to read, in this item on the city’s new classification for dangerous dogs, that a dog will be considered dangerous if it kills a person or another animal, yet only potentially dangerous if it attacks or attempts to bite a person or another animal. This supersedes the specific law about pitbulls but replaces it with something even less enforceable.

The city and specifically Mayor Plante are being sued for $33 million by the nonprofit spawned to run Formula E. Maybe they can make the money back by suing Frank Zampino, Cosmo Maciocia and other notables from the Tremblay era.
