Park Ex protesters arrested

Three of the protesters who visited a property developer on Thursday were arrested. They’re angry that the owner of Plaza Hutchison, an old needletrade building in Park Ex that functioned for years as an affordable home for small businesses and community groups, is going to be turned into upscale condos.
