A man was shot in Ville Emard on Saturday but didn’t die. TVA and CTV both specify it happened in an alley but give no more elucidation of the incident.
Later: a younger man was shot on Sunday morning in Côte St-Luc. (I admit it: I’m occasionally weirded out by how a male victim, in French, suddenly becomes female: “La victime a été transportée à l’hôpital et elle est hors de danger.”) CBC adds that a woman was injured as well but she is not the “la victime” mentioned in the Radio-Canada piece.
