City to lose wood and charcoal-cooked food

We’re going to lose wood-fired pizza places, traditional bagel bakeries and even Portuguese charcoal-grilled chicken with a new law to be passed next year. So eat those things now and remember how they taste, because they’ll soon be a thing of the past.
