Ensemble complains about city hall work

Ensemble Montreal continues its tedious work of sniping at every decision made by Valérie Plante’s team. Great example: it’s officially mad about a contract given to Pomerleau to manage the renovations at city hall. Had Projet created an internal team to do this, what do you want to bet that Ensemble would now be saying it would’ve been more efficient to contract the work out to the private side?
