Kids hospitalized after maybe eating pot candy

Bit of a tempest about two kids brought to hospital after maybe eating cannabis candy. Nobody even knows whether they did eat any; they’re not in any medical crisis. It’s a non-story and I’d be curious to know why it’s news. Edibles are not even part of Quebec’s current legalization plan: you can get candies and the like by mail although that’s in a legal gray area.
