Bibliothèque Saint-Sulpice: still bogged down

Various promises and plans have been made around the old Bibliothèque Saint-Sulpice, disused since the opening of the Grande Bibliothèque in 2005. The latest has been a plan for a library for teens with a tech component, but the official line is that the local construction scene is too busy to be interested in doing the project at the price they can afford to pay.
