I don’t see in the article where it mentions that PVM is the tallest building or that 10k people work there.
That said, at the time of its construction, it was the tallest building in Montreal. Also, because it is built on higher ground, it may still rise higher in the sky than the actual tallest building in Montreal, 1000 de la Gauchetière.
