Shows at Olympic Park too loud: Rosemontois

Some Rosemont residents are complaining that outdoor shows in the Olympic Park are too noisy. They’re facing a jurisdictional hassle: the stadium esplanade is within neighbouring Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, although controlled by the provincial Régie des installations olympiques (RIO).
