      Speaking of developer calling the shots, I’m relaying this info: there will be a ‘forum citoyen’ about development alternatives for the 15/40 sector August 24th.       The middle weekend of the construction holiday is a news desert. CBC is recycling tweets of minimally interesting stories from last week, CTV is putting dull American clickbait stories in its Montreal newsfeed on Facebook.
