City auditor-general makes her report

The city auditor general’s annual report is in, and different media headline different aspects.

Le Devoir notes that she says the city needs to invest more in protecting its remaining natural landscapes.

La Presse notes that the city doesn’t always get financial feedback from organizations it supports, although it’s entitled to see their books.

Rather pathetically, TVA says the VG, Michèle Galipeau, is imploring councillors to follow her recommendations, which they’ve tended to ignore more and more lately.
