SPVM accused in incident with Black women

SPVM police are accused this week of pulling out guns on two Black women in a car with a four-year-old. Police excuse is that they suspected the car had been used in some armed robberies, but that doesn’t explain handcuffing one of the women and traumatizing a little kid. People took video.
