Homeless indigenes: don’t look away

Following La Presse’s photo essay on the weekend, Isabelle Hachey makes a strong plea for all three levels of government to act on the issue of homeless indigenous people around Milton-Parc.

Hachey does not have to spell it out that getting Ottawa and Quebec to act in accord on anything is a huge obstacle, but she does make it clear that this is not Montreal’s responsibility alone.
