Boat choice questioned in firefighter death

Almost a year ago, firefighter Pierre Lacroix drowned off Lachine in the midst of a river rescue operation. Now his famiy and colleagues are asking why the Montreal fire service chose to buy a boat that proved to be so unreliable.
