  The Quebec energy board wants to see domestic hydro rates rise by 3.6% this April (CBC radio says they would like to see an even sharper hike) but François Legault is not happy and is considering passing a law to limit the hike to 3% as promised.

  A proposal for the renaming of all our metro stations for noted women, in time for International Women’s Day.

  As things stand, we have only three stations named for women – one queen (Square Victoria) and two religious figures (Côte Ste‑Catherine and Villa‑Maria).
