Chapleau asked who won the election this week, and provided a good answer. Côté had a comment on the winner’s podium and Godin on Poilievre’s defeat. Ygreck pictured all the party leaders going Trumpwards, implying that the Bloc has a significant role. He also gave us a second Carney‑Trump illustration.
Another theme this week was the plan to ban phones from schools: Ygreck and Godin had different takes on that story.

The bus shuttle service put in place by the ARTM to replace the REM will be discontinued as of Monday as the REM seems to be doing better, and snow or ice storms are unlikely for the moment.

Worth noting that the issues with the terrasses on Crescent were violations of the national fire code, not municipal regulations.

True, Andrew, but the mayor was blamed for it, and had to excuse herself. Remember, she’s also mayor of Ville‑Marie.
