Relatives of killer don’t want him freed

TVA reports on a hearing about Arthur Galarneau, who killed his parents and his grandmother in Rosemont in March 2023. His remaining relatives don’t want him let out of Pinel – ever – and are critical of health services for not having done more to help the young man, or at least to have somehow deterred him from committing violence.
