SMF tries to sell Mirabel to the British
SMF is in England, at the famous Farnborough air show, trying to shill the merits of Mirabel airport and position Montreal as an aerospace hub.
In other SMF news, she says Notre-Dame East will have to wait till she has a plan, and she also says homeless camps can’t continue but that she doesn’t have the legal power to shut them down.
It was so much easier for Ensemble to fix everything when all they had to do was snipe at Projet.

My PM friends have been joking for a few months about how EM is all about needing to slow down to make a plan that never happens. But yesterday I had an EM voter make that joke, specifically about housing. They certainly are doing things, such as the projects near Namur and Viger Station, but EM only has so long of a honeymoon.

Projects are good, but let’s look at them again in a year’s time and see how much has been built.
