Construction holiday marks 18 road deaths

Eighteen road deaths were racked up during the construction holiday.

I looked for drowning deaths during the same period, but only found the sombre fact that Quebec has seen 43 drownings so far this year.

Later, TVA posted that there were nine drownings during the construction holiday.
