Blue Bonnets: group demands social housing

A citizen group is demanding 2,500 social housing units when the Blue Bonnets area is developed.

Gloomily, I say this will never happen. It won’t become a neighbourhood, it will be another dormitory suburb of small condos, because that’s what sells.
