Camillien-Houde contract will have to be paid
The city contracted with engineering firms to redesign the Camillien‑Houde, and although this project is now postponed sine die, that bill still has to be paid.
This is slightly annoying, but with every change of political leadership, inevitably some pet projects of the old administration get dropped. But the invoices don’t get cancelled because there’s a new mayor on the throne.

I almost wish PM would let Norris off his leash just long enough to try to explain this one away.
Does this count as a scandal yet?

Getting a lot closer… all they had to do was not explicitly reject the main recommendation from the OCPM.
