Landlord story

La Presse has a dossier Thursday about a certain landlord, often before the tribunal, and how he funds his acquisitions.

Reading through my tabs I also find this man has convinced some reporters that his intentions are utterly benevolent toward the special needs community and the arts community.

Put those stories together and it’s a bit dizzying.
