Shelter to close at Hôtel-Dieu

The homeless facility at Hôtel‑Dieu that opened early in the pandemic and currently shelters nearly 200 people has been told it has to find a new location by the end of March. This CTV piece mostly focuses on how Ensemble is kvetching about it.

Even if the CHUM is handing the building over to the CIUSSS du Centre‑Sud, can’t the government order them to keep the shelter open?
