Of course Valentine’s day offered opportunities for jest this week, Ygreck’s Trump strangling Cupid across from an unimpressed Mark Carney while Côté’s Carney is startled by a Valentine from an unlikely source. Godin’s poor Cupid tries to find his way among bombs and drones. The plight of Cuba drew Côté’s attention, while the PEQ interested Chapleau – Christine Frechette’s huge eyes and arched eyebrows almost as good for the cartoonists as Pablo Rodriguez’s hair was. Ygreck chimed in with a thought on how the CAQ’s attitudes are spinning in the wind.
Charles Milliard crowned leader of the PLQ sparked a couple of drawings, but I don’t think he’s got enough angles yet for cartoonists to exploit.
And Côté, in social observation mode, shows us a doctor and patient… and AI.
Ian
On the subject of AI I am guessing from the file name that you prompted the AI for Toulouse-Lautrec but my attention was piqued in that I thought it was reminiscent of Milo Minara comnceptually filtered through a Ghibli lens. What agent are you using?
Kate
Tsk, I should sanitize my filenames. I don’t know Milo Minara and wasn’t thinking Ghibli. Still using Midjourney.

Under Projet, the Lachine marina was demolished to create a park so more people could have access to the river. Ensemble is planning to put it back.
Ensemble is also turning their backs on plans for refrigerated rinks around town.

And 350k in Toronto, and 250k in Munich. Nice to see such massive protests!
