”Tackled by cop over a mask“

A woman alleges she was tackled and cuffed by a cop as she removed her mask while leaving a metro station. Note the wording “while leaving” – the Journal says in its version that she was dans le métro at the time – not that this would justify brutal treatment. The Journal specifies that these were SPVM cops, which presumably means they were not the metro’s “special constables”.
