Concordia University made a legal bid to delay the CAQ’s tuition hike for out‑of‑province students, but a judge ruled against them last week. French is safe!

The judge did agree the tuition hikes are likely doing irreparable harm to Concordia; he just wants to hold a trial before making a decision.
