Quebec lightens restrictions on religious institutions
Without any general announcement, Quebec has lightened up on religious institutions, allowing services again so long as no more than ten people attend. Since January 8, only very small funerals had been permitted. La Presse spliced in a public service ad that ended with “Il faut respecter toutes les règles, tout le temps.” Unless you’re going to church, I guess.

Funerals have been capped at 25 throughout the last few months, and that excludes employees conducting the funeral.
