City to level life in its boroughs

The city is aware that quality of life and access to services aren’t equal across all its boroughs, so it’s setting out to make things more fair by paying attention to many issues which may not seem major taken individually, but add up to a better urban fabric if looked after. They’re starting with the northeast section of Montreal North, Ste‑Marie in Ville‑Marie, and St‑Pierre in Lachine.
