These people are ruining the place for the legit urban explorer crowd with their antics.
Also, you really don’t want to get caught doing that on federal property. The working part of the Port (including the cruise ship terminal) is an official point of entry into Canada. The RCMP will look up your butt and may well lay federal charges. Don’t ask me how I know this.

Not yet. I did make it up the grain-handling tower at the end of Jetty #1 a couple of times though. Talk about your Montreal glorious views.
