India has high mountains, deserts, and rain forests – there are a wide range of temperatures & climates to be found from sub-tropical to sub-arctic, and many climate regions. The Kashmir valley for instance, has a range of temperatures & conditions not unlike our own.

It strikes me as…. interesting? a bit insensitive? that they suggest Verdun Beach, when there have been two drownings there lately.
