Mohawk Mothers to Supreme Court over Vic

The Kanien’keha:ka Kahnistensera, the Mohawk Mothers, are going to the Supreme Court over the question of locating unmarked graves around the old Royal Vic site, which McGill wants to redevelop for its own use.

While understanding the Mohawk group’s concern, I’d want to ask them what they would accept as definitive proof if there never were any covert burials on the site. It’s always difficult to prove a negative.
