Ville-Marie to loosen terrasse rules
After the “scandal” of the terrasse closure during last summer’s Grand Prix, Ville‑Marie borough is loosening regulations for terrasses this summer.

Worth noting that the issues with the terrasses on Crescent were violations of the national fire code, not municipal regulations.

True, Andrew, but the mayor was blamed for it, and had to excuse herself. Remember, she’s also mayor of Ville‑Marie.
