Public inquiry ordered into Old Montreal fire

The chief coroner has ordered a public inquiry into the fire last week that killed two people. Gehane Kamel will be leading the inquiry, possibly combining it with the inquiry into the March 2023 fire in the same neighbourhood in a building belonging to the same man.
