English boards excluded from Bill 96 debate
The Quebec English School Board Association (QESBA) has been excluded from hearings on Bill 96, the CAQ’s tightening up of language laws. They are not happy.

Looks like Tom Mulcair was right when he said these hearings are a sham meant to provide only the appearance of democratic debate process:

The fix is in for sure and it makes me super uncomfortable seeing a provincial government in Canada adopting the same tactics as the QAnon-Republican parrty down south.
