NYT on the MK-ULTRA case

The New York Times talks to the lead plaintiff in the MK-ULTRA case. The Quebec appeal court recently ruled that the U.S. could not be sued in a Canadian court, then the class‑action suit was turned down by the Supreme Court, but Julie Tanny plans to continue her case against the Canadian government and the MUHC.
