Arrest in metro pepper spray incident
A man has been arrested in the pepper spray incident January 9 that shut down three metro lines during morning rush hour. Cops spotted someone they recognized on camera.

The guy is 38. Pretty sure that is well within the “subject to criminal prosecution” envelope for attacks on the Metro. He may actually be in trouble here.
He should consider enrolling in UQAM while out on bail.
