    Lucien-L’Allier train station, which hangs outside the now useless Windsor station and is used for three Exo train lines, will reopen on December 21 after being closed since April for renovations.

    The city has finally decided to sell the Empress theatre for mixed‑use development. Only the ancient Egyptian decorations on the façade are likely to be preserved.
