Note that the absolute number of sales is down (I wonder if July 2020 is an appropriate comparison point; it may be that it was the first month of home sale recovery following the initial shock of COVID) but the average price is up. That said, it does indeed feel like the housing market is perhaps returning to some kind of normal…
