Morgentaler to have park named for him
A small park in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve will soon be renamed for Henry Morgentaler. The Parc de Beaujeu was originally named, according to the toponymy site, for Jacques-Philippe Saveuse de Beaujeu (1770-1832), who held various political and military positions that have become forgotten or blurred by time.

I still think it would be valuable to have a plaque in every park explaining the name to avoid this kind of unpleasantness, but it’s good to see Morgentaler getting some respect.

They do, it is on the sign of the name of the parc. Sometimes with older parcs the weather has faded the paint
