The man who owns a decrepit church in a “desirable” part of NDG is going to consult nearby residents on what they will tolerate in redevelopment of the block. The church itself was never much to look at, but as people resisted a previous plan to construct seven two‑storey single‑family houses, that likely means anything higher density will be nixed.
