Foundations support city’s greenward evolution

Two foundations are donating money to the city to help it reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Valérie Plante says that from 1990 to 2014 the city reduced its emissions 23% which, if true, is pretty impressive considering the number of cars continues to grow.
