STM giving out free tickets against smog

To combat the poor air quality that comes with a heat wave, the STM is handing out 40,000 free tickets to encourage people to switch to public transit.

Update: Thursday morning we have an outright smog warning. CBC counts 20 deaths in Quebec that can be blamed on the heat.
